Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of SingIt: payments in USDC on Base and Solana, spending limits, third-party providers and acceptable use.
Effective November 1, 2026
The service
SingIt lets people and their AI agents pay for AI answers, web search and data, and for gift cards, eSIMs and mobile top-ups. Payments are made in USDC on Base or Solana. SingIt is available through the web app at app.singitai.app, the API at ask.singitai.app (x402 payments), an MCP server at app.singitai.app/mcp, and a gateway for API keys.
SingIt (“SingIt”, “we”, “us”) operates this service from Prague, Czech Republic, and is not operated by a registered company. By using SingIt you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use it. How we handle data is described in the Privacy Policy and data deletion instructions.
Who can use SingIt
You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. You may not use SingIt where the law forbids it, or if you are subject to sanctions that prohibit dealing with you, with us or with our payment and service providers.
Your wallet, keys and limits
- SingIt does not take custody of your own wallet: your USDC stays there and you approve payments by signing from it. Some features do hold funds or keys for you: a prepaid API-key balance, if you top one up; an agent key that SingIt stores encrypted on its server so that SingIt’s own agent can spend inside the budget you approved; and a small working balance that your agent keeps to pay micro-payments (it is refilled to about 0.20 USDC by default on Base, and a larger purchase moves its full amount to the agent first). You sign in with a wallet, or with email, Google or Apple, and signing in only proves who you are and moves nothing.
- You are responsible for your wallet, its keys and everything signed with them. We never ask for your seed phrase or private key; do not send them to us.
- API keys act for your account inside the daily limit, per-request limit and expiry set when the key is created. Keep keys secret and revoke any key you think has leaked. Anything done with a key counts as done by you.
- When you give SingIt’s own agent a budget, you set a per-purchase cap, a daily cap and an expiry, and approve it from your wallet. On Base the limiter contract deployed for you enforces these limits on chain on each transfer from your wallet to your agent; what your agent already holds can then be spent without another contract check. On Solana the chain enforces only the total you approve as an SPL delegate; the daily and per-purchase limits and the expiry are enforced by SingIt’s server. You can revoke the approval at any time in SingIt or without SingIt, for example on revoke.cash. Details: agent spending limits.
- These limits protect SingIt’s own agent. A wallet or client that signs x402 payments by itself is not covered by them; its own budget settings are your responsibility.
Prices and payments
- Every paid x402 request is quoted before you pay: a request without payment returns HTTP 402 with the price, network, asset and recipient. Calls made with an API key are charged to its prepaid balance at the listed price, and purchases such as gift cards are shown with their price for you to confirm before they are bought. Prices are also listed on Models & prices and Pricing. They can change; the quote in the 402 you sign is the price that applies to that call. Prices can include a service margin and a settlement fee.
- Some routes authorize a maximum and charge only what the request used (“upto”), never more than the maximum you signed. Other routes charge a flat amount (“exact”), with no metering and no refund of the difference.
- If a request fails on our side before it is answered, we try not to charge you. For the standard x402 “upto” flow on Base nothing is settled, and on Solana the escrowed amount is refunded in full. This is not guaranteed for every route or failure, for example when a payment cannot be resolved automatically; write to us and we will look at it.
- Payments settle on public blockchains and cannot be reversed. We do not refund a payment that has settled on chain for a request that was served, including an answer that turns out to be wrong or unsatisfactory. If you think you were charged by mistake, write to us and we will look at it, but we are not obliged to refund.
- Some accounts can top up a prepaid USDC balance for API keys. You can ask for an unspent balance to be returned from the app; the balance is then frozen and we send it back to your wallet by hand, so it is not instant and we give no fixed time. Promotional or starter credit, if we offer any, has no cash value and cannot be withdrawn.
- Network fees charged by the blockchain, and any fees charged by your wallet, are not ours and are your cost.
Third-party models, data and merchants
Answers, search results, data, images and speech come from third-party model and data providers. Gift cards, eSIMs and top-ups come from third-party merchants, for example Bitrefill, under their own terms. We pass your request or order to them and may send the information the request needs. We do not control them, and they can be slow, wrong, changed or unavailable. Delivery and validity of purchased goods are governed by the merchant. A gift card or eSIM code shown to you is delivered once and is not refundable after delivery.
AI answers
AI answers can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Do not rely on them as financial, legal, medical or other professional advice, and check anything that matters before acting on it. You are responsible for what you do with an answer and for any purchase an agent makes inside the limits you set.
Acceptable use
- No illegal activity, fraud, money laundering or evasion of sanctions, and no content or use that breaks the law that applies to you or to us (including Czech and EU law).
- Lawful adult (18+) content is allowed. SingIt is for users aged 18 and over, and some models available through SingIt are uncensored. You are responsible for what you ask for and generate, and it must comply with the law and with the model provider’s own policies. Never: any sexual content involving minors (CSAM) or anyone who appears to be a minor, sexual or intimate content of a real person made or shared without that person’s consent (including deepfakes), or other non-consensual or exploitative content.
- No malware, harassment, threats, or content that infringes other people’s intellectual property, privacy or other rights, and nothing the model or data providers’ own policies forbid.
- No attempts to break, overload, scrape at scale or get around SingIt’s limits, payments, free-tier allowances or security, and no hiding who is calling.
- Report security problems privately to [email protected], not in a public issue.
We may limit, pause or end access that breaks these rules or puts users or the service at risk, and refuse a request or a purchase at our discretion.
Availability and changes
SingIt is provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises about uptime, accuracy, the availability of any model or merchant, or fitness for a particular purpose. Models, prices, limits, free-tier allowances and features change, and we may add, pause or end parts of the service, including a free model or a network. Free answers have daily limits and may run out for the day.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, or for losses caused by your wallet, keys, devices or approvals, by blockchains or wallets, or by third-party providers and merchants. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us through SingIt in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and if you are a consumer you keep the rights the law of your country gives you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date below changes when we do, and continuing to use SingIt after that means you accept the new terms.
